What happens during a mentoring session?

1. After brief grounding, we’ll chat about whatever is on your mind, and your focus for the session.

2. When we’ve confirmed your intentions, I’ll guide us both into a meditative state, invite highest possible wisdom and guidance, and in that sacred space we’ll begin to explore your questions.

3. Together we’ll share what both of us are experiencing – what insights, ideas, images or other impressions are coming to each of us. We’ll continue until we feel “complete.”

4. I’ll guide us back to “regular” consciousness.

5. Together we’ll debrief the experience and confirm your next steps.
